BE No Evil v2

Part of the Lancaster Homebrewers Club Yeast experiment.  All participants are brewing the recipe below with the variant being the yeast strain used for fermentation.

Grain Bill:

11.0 lbs 2-Row Pale

Boxer Brew Buddy
Pike Brew Buddy

0.75 lbs Victory Malt

0.5 lbs Munich (light) Malt

0.5 lbs White Wheat Malt

Mash water volume: 8.0 gal

Mash Temp: 152 for 75 min

Mash out:  170 for 10 min

Boil volume 7.25 gal

Hop schedule:

60 min: 0.75 oz Magnum 12% AA

10 min: 0.5 oz Cascade 9.2% AA

10 min: 0.5 oz Centennial 11% AA

Hopstand:  0.5 oz Cascade 9.2% AA

Hoptstand:  0.5 oz Centennial 11% AA

Yeast:  WL550 Belgian Ale with a 4 day starter

O.G. 1.056

Fermentation temp: 68
