3.5 oz chocolate malt
2.25 oz crystal 20L
0.50 oz black patent
Mash Temp: 153 for 60 min
Mash water volume: 5 qts
Sparge water volume: 5 qts
Hop schedule:
60 min: 5 g Pearle 8.5% AA
45 min: 5g Citra 15.6% AA
35 min: 5g Citra 15.6% AA
25 min: 5g Citra 15.6% AA
15 min: 5g Citra 15.6% AA
10 min: 5g Citra 15.6% AA
Flame out: 10g Citra 15.6% AA
Yeast: 1/3 pack Safale US-05
